Nutritional Coaching with Registered Dietitians
Creative nutritional coaching is provided to fit the way you think, learn and live. In-person, phone consults and e-mail consults are available. Nutritional counseling and education are offered for weight management, sports nutrition, digestive health or disordered eating.
Sessions with Certified Personal Trainers
Personal training programs can be conducted in our office, your home or your worksite. Programs can be tailored for athletes training for a specific sporting event or for individuals interested in achieving fat loss or muscle gain. Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute increments. All sessions will be personalized to help you meet your personal training goals.
Small Group Training Options
If you’re interested in training with a partner or in a small group, arrangements can be made for nutrition and exercise sessions in small groups to better meet your needs.
